Trouble Shooting: How to log in to your client gallery
If you're having trouble logging in to your client gallery, don't worry! You're not alone. The password for your gallery needs to be entered exactly as it is shown, and it is both case and space sensitive.
Click on or copy and paste the link to your online gallery into your preferred web browser.
Either type or preferably, copy and paste your password exactly as it is shown in your email. Then press enter.
Once you've pressed enter, a page similar to above should display. You're now logged in! Either press "open" or scroll down to view your gallery.
You Should Now be Able to View Your Gallery
If you enter your password incorrectly, the following error message will show:
What You Can Do
- First, ensure that you have entered your password exactly as shown, being aware that your password is both case and space sensitive. If you copy and pasted your password, make sure that you didn't accidentally copy any spaces either before or after your password.
If you still cannot log in, we have three options:
- First, try deleting your browser history and cache. Your web browser may be remembering the incorrect password. You can read the following how to guide for deleting your browser's cache here.
- Or, I can change your password to anything you like, a simpler password with no uppercase letters or symbols may work for you. You can choose any password from something as simple as your download pin number, or "password", or to your name or anything else that's easy to remember. Just email me your preferred password and I'll update it.
- Or, I can remove your password entirely. You will still need your pin number to download your images, but whoever has your gallery link will be able to view your gallery.
